As expected, well said, Dave. Incessant emails begging for money is not limited to politicians. I hesitate to contribute to a worthwhile cause I support because of the ensuing torrent of similar solicitations almost always soon to follow.
One of my part time jobs is "unsubscribing". Some of the candidates from far away email me twice a day! I want my name back from whoever is selling it.
I split my time between unsubscribing and blocking numbers. Any day I don't get at least 6 from Colin Allred is like a vacation. I included the GOP because I hear from himself and junior a couple of times a week and various Congressional candidates as well although Mr. Santos seems to have lost the list with my name on it.
Good one Dave! The emails have become completely overwhelming. So many causes, so many political canidates. Holy smokes, I'm beginning to think it's just a way to make money.

Thanks Gus, I agree about the hesitation. I think that fundraising organizations sell or trade contact information from people who donate.

Colin definitely gets the "prize" for maximum irritation.

Thanks, almost seems that way doesn't it?
